Software · AI · IoT · Design
Grelion Technologies is a full-cycle engineering studio. We design, build, and support custom software, AI systems, connected devices, and product design - under one practice, with governance, training, and day-two operations included.
Services
Six practices, one ownership model: we design it, we build it, we train the people who will live in it, and we stay for day two.
Custom software tailored to how your organization actually works - not a generic template with your logo on it.
We map the work, remove the waste, then automate what should never have required a human in the first place.
Machine learning, automation, and decision support with a governance story you can take to legal, finance, or operations.
Smart devices and industrial IoT that connect to mixed equipment, survive bad connectivity, and show operators something they trust.
Automation, security, and voice-controlled systems for homes and buildings that should feel calm - not like a science project.
UI/UX, product design, and branding so the system is not only correct - it is the one people choose to open.
About Grelion Technologies
Grelion Technologies is an engineering studio for organizations that need more than a vendor slide. We take a problem from the first constraint through architecture, implementation, training, and ongoing support. Software, AI, IoT, process, smart spaces, and design live in one team - so you are not coordinating three contractors who have never seen each other’s tickets.
The practice is practical. We start from the systems you already run, the people who will operate the result, and the data rules you have to defend. If a pilot cannot name a success metric, we would rather not start it.
Alongside client work, we operate products of our own. Education is one of those lines - see Up Up Education below - not the definition of the studio.
Where we work
We work with the people who sign for the system, operate it, and are still there after the implementation team leaves.
Software that ships into the real stack: cloud, existing workflows, and the people who will actually use it on Monday.
Live visibility on assets, energy, and alerts that operators trust - not another dashboard that cries wolf.
Governed AI and software for institutions that need privacy, procurement, and a professional in the loop. This is where we operate Up Up Education.
Automation, access, and energy systems for homes and commercial spaces that should feel quiet and reliable.
Products
Some problems we see often enough to productize. Education is one of those lines; operations is another. Custom software remains a core service either way.
Our education product: AI tutoring built for K–12 schools and districts. It supports instruction rather than replacing it. Content can follow what the institution actually teaches. Educators control when and how students use it. Guardrails keep the experience age-appropriate and on-task.
Adaptive diagnostics, rubric-aligned evaluation, and first-pass feedback so reviewers spend time on the comments that change the outcome - not on mechanical scoring.
Real-time sensor data, automation, and analytics for industrial and building environments. Condition signals surface before a failure becomes a shutdown - and energy shows up at the asset, not only on the utility bill.
Why Grelion Technologies
Operations, product teams, and institutions buy the same way: they need evidence they can forward to legal, finance, and the people who will run the system.
Data has a documented purpose, retention path, and deletion path. We design for the agreements your counsel will actually sign - including education privacy terms when the work is in schools.
AI and automation are built to support professional judgment, not replace it. Operators, reviewers, and educators see what the system did and remain accountable for the decision.
We aim the first engagement at hours that disappear: routine reporting, first-pass review, alert triage, or a workflow you name. The metric is yours.
A first engagement has a scope, a success metric, and a clear go / no-go. We do not sell an endless experiment.
Strategy, architecture, build, integration, training, and support live in one place. Day two is part of the product.
We integrate with the software, equipment, and processes already in production. We recommend replacement only when keeping the old path is more expensive than telling the truth.
What “good” looks like
These are the scoreboards we set on pilots - not vanity traffic numbers. Your baseline comes first; the metric is yours.
First-pass review, reporting, and triage that a professional can trust, then edit.
Training and operating cadence shipped with the build, so the system does not die after kickoff.
Assets and facilities watched continuously, with alerts a human can act on.
Asset-level consumption so efficiency is a decision, not a guess after the bill arrives.
How we work
We own the lifecycle with you: from the constraint you cannot ignore to a system your team can run without us in the room.
We learn your goals, constraints, current tools, and who has to live with the result. We write down what “done” means before anyone writes code.
Solutions that fit your environment: data flows legal can read, interfaces people will use, and integrations that respect systems already in production.
Deploy, integrate, and train the people who will live in the product. A tool that nobody was trained on is not a product - it is shelfware.
Monitor, refine, and expand as policy, process, or the plant changes. Day two is the product.
Straight answers
If you are evaluating us against a point-solution vendor, a giant integrator, or a consumer AI tool, start here.
Both. Custom software, AI, IoT, process, smart spaces, and design are the core of the studio. We also operate products - including Up Up Education for K–12 - when a problem is common enough to productize.
Yes - and we prefer it. A typical first step is a bounded engagement with a named metric: a workflow, a line, a building, adoption, or time saved. If it does not move the number, you should not scale it.
Data has a purpose, a retention path, and a deletion path. We do not use client or student information to train foundation models. Education work is designed for FERPA and COPPA realities and the privacy agreements institutions now treat as a first-round screen.
Yes. Education is one of the industries we serve, and Up Up Education is the product we operate for that market. It is not the only thing we do.
That is the usual starting point. We integrate with the software, sensors, PLCs, and workflows you already run. We recommend replacement only when keeping the old path is more expensive than telling the truth.
